aPush ups
- Bend your elbows and place your palms on the floor slightly to the side and in front of your shoulders.
- Bend your elbows and lower your entire body at once.
- Push back up.
- Repeat.
P/S: For starters, you can modify the push-ups by pressing against a wall while standing.

bPull ins
- Stretch your arms straight in front of you, at shoulder level.
- Clench your fist, and pull in towards your shoulder (as if you are pulling strenuously).
- Stretch your arms again and repeat.
P/S: For better results. you could ie on your back and grab hold of a dumbbell or water bottle of equal weight in each hand.

cThe BSE (breast self examination and breast massage In tandem)
While there are numerous breast massage techniques advocated, we believe in making things simpler by combining a BSE with breast massage. Begin by doing a full BSE then continue to massage your breasts tor a longer duration (maybe at 20-50 repetitions). This will give you the benefits of a healthy breast massage while checking the vital signs.
Note:- Massaging clockwise or counterclockwise does not affect the gravitational effect on the breast.
- Pressure points of the breasts are very hard to find as each breast varies in size and shape.
- Always consult a doctor whenever you observe any extraordinary discharge or lumps in your breasts.
