General

Please note that you should be at least 18 years of age and it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Web Site and the purchase of the Products is legal in the country in which you are resident and/or in which you are viewing this Web Site.

Shipping Policy

Our products are shipped using postal service and usually will be dispatched within 5 days upon confirmation of your order. The maximum delivery time for any country is around 20- 30 days. In some cases, if you are not home the package will be made available at your local post office. If you do not receive the order during this time, you should check with your post office and also email us at c u s t o m e r c a r e @ s m i t h m e y e r s . c o m to get your tracking update. In case you miss a delivery, you might have to pay a reshipping fee.

Returns Policy

Within 60 days you can get a refund minus shipping charges provided:

A)You have used the product fully in accordance with Our instructions (either as set out on the Web Site and/or sent with the Products);

B) You will return the product to us at your expense to our address that we will provide when you apply for a refund.
